End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Oma App, a company registered in Germany, with its principal place of business at [Company Address] ("Oma App," "We," or "Us"). By installing, using, or accessing the Oma App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.


  1. LICENSE GRANT: Oma App grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Oma App on a device that You own or control, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this EULA.

  2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: Oma App retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Oma App, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights.

    1. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Oma App for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by this EULA. This includes, but is not limited to, transmitting any objectionable content, engaging in abusive behavior, violating applicable laws, or infringing on the rights of others.

    2. Objectionable Content: Oma App has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to, content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable.

    3. Abusive Users: Oma App does not tolerate abusive users. Abusive behavior includes, but is not limited to, harassment, bullying, discrimination, or any conduct that disrupts the peace and enjoyment of other users.

  4. PRIVACY: Oma App respects Your privacy. Our Privacy Policy, available at [Link to Privacy Policy], outlines how we collect, use, and disclose information. By using the Oma App, You consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

  5. UPDATES AND SUPPORT: Oma App may provide updates to improve functionality and security. Oma App is not obligated to provide any maintenance, technical or other support for the Oma App.

  6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: The Oma App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. Oma App does not warrant that the Oma App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

  7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oma App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

  8. GOVERNING LAW: This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be resolved in the competent courts located in [City], Germany.
